Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
We’re based in Auburn, MA (RTE 20., Auburn, MA 01501). We serve Worcester County and beyond — and yes, we ship decals nationally.
How long does a vehicle wrap or lettering job take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the job:
- Basic lettering or decals might be completed in a few hours.
- A full-vehicle wrap or large fleet job may take 3-4 days or more including design, prep and installation.
What is the process from design to installation?
- Contact us and share your vehicle(s), vision and budget.
- We create mock-ups and you approve the design.
- We produce the graphics, prep your vehicle and install them (either drop-off service or on-site as required).
- Once finished, you get your vehicle back and it’s ready to hit the road with your brand on display.
What materials do you use and is there a warranty?
We use premium vinyl films from trusted manufacturers (e.g., 3M, Avery, Oracal) for wraps, decals and lettering. We offer warranty options on wraps — we’ll share specifics during your consultation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies widely depending on vehicle size, wrap type (full vs partial), design complexity, number of units (for fleets) and materials used. We provide free consultations and quotes, and there’s no obligation.
Can you handle fleet jobs (multiple vehicles)?
Yes — we’re fully equipped to handle fleet branding for small or large numbers of vehicles. We’ll ensure consistent design and branding across all your vehicles for a polished professional look.
Do you do installations on-site or do vehicles need to be brought to your shop?
Our standard process is drop-off at our Auburn location for quality control and optimal environment. Depending on weather, location and job scale, we can discuss on-site installation as needed.
What should I do after installation?
To prolong the life of your wrap or decals:
- Avoid high-pressure washing or power wash too soon after installation.
- Clean the vehicle regularly with gentle soap and soft cloths.
- Protect from extreme sun exposure when possible to extend vinyl life. If you have questions about care or maintenance, we’ll guide you.
